Good customer service

Marc is very knowledgeable and made sure I knew my way to my unit and how to get in. He made the move easy with offering me the use of the free truck. They helped me save hundreds. Osh was very nice and had a difficult customer while I was there and handled them with so much grace. Hats off to them. This place is great and it’s always clean. There is also bathrooms that are open even when the office is closed.

If your looking to store something small, or run your business out of a mini warehouse then look no further than here! The staff, especially Osh is so friendly and helpful and I'm truly happy to have my rental space here!

I give one star because the people that work there are nice. When I ordered the unit I did not know I would have a 2nd floor unit, that was never told to me. They have no map no signage to guide you where to go. If I were told it was second floor I would have not got the unit. I never moved anything in and canceled it 2 days later, never got any response to my request for a refund.
