Review:

The team at Storexpress Turtle Creek were very helpful and detailed. They helped me get a bigger unit. The new units are very nice and spacious. I have use them for several years now and am continuing satisfied. Mark made my experience easy and seamless. Very professional and knowledgeable. The other team I have encountered are great as well! 5 outta 5!

Well, I was pretty happy with the place until I came down here in mid-March on a Sunday at 4pm to pick up equipment I need for work on Monday. It was after a snow, and apparently water got into the security keypad and froze it up. No one is in the office.

They can't send anyone down, and calling the so called 24 hour number, they tell me they cannot open the door remotely. There is another keypad entry, but my locker is not 'approved' for access through that door.

How the hell do you have an outdoor keypad around here in Western PA that isn't waterproof and winter proof? It is possible to get them.

Update... since December 2023 the haven't been able to get the primary gate to work, so you have to drive into the end, through the put door, then back up the length of the building.

They also seem to be struggling with the 'climate control' claim... it has been +85 degrees inside for a week in June 2024. Turns out that when you sign the lease saying that there is clause that says they do not actually any offer any sort of promise or commitment to maintain any particular temperature.

Update: this place should not be called climate control at all. Most of this summer the inside temperature has exceeded 85 degrees for literally days and weeks at a time.

And the free wifi is not really useful if you cannot reliably connect to it. And you can't. It works a lot of the time. But not all the time. And again, while they offer it in their ads, when you sign the lease they say they make no guarantee that it will actually work for you or be available and working,

Also, the so

Seriously.
