Review:
Convenient location for storage, the on site manager 'Bob' is a wonderful asset. He keeps his eyes on who comes and goes from the property, providing a 'safe' area. He also keeps it clean from debris. Unfortunately, the rates have increased numerous times since the property was purchased by Storemark. The rate increases do not match with the wages earned for the local population that needs to use the storage facilites. Forcing many to move out recently or look for alternates. We just received an email that rates are increasing again for this 2025 year.
