Customer service is divided into two areas. It is both how one is treated during an interaction, and how one is treated when there is a problem. My ratings always include both aspects. StorMark, Kellie in particular, has earned its 5 star rating. She is wonderful to work with, listens well, and quickly resolves a problem. I appreciate working with her.
