Tammy was great to work with!

I rented a unit and realized I suddenly had to move out of state the very next day. I emailed and called them the next day asking to cancel and explaining the situation and received no response. I received an invoice for October today 9/16/24 so I emailed them again asking for a refund since I am not going to be using the unit and am no longer in the state. Tammy responded with “we don’t refund on partial payments”. I’m confused on why I can’t receive my money is the unit will not be used… I paid $107 and the invoice for October is also $107 , so how is it considered a partial payment??? Keeping my money for a unit that’ll remain vacant is foul!!!!

Tammy was very helpful and took care of us.it was a smooth transition.

Update to add it is usually always the manager there and she provides excellent customer service..It’s been lacking in the area for sometime so I try to always point it out when at a place and someone helps me who seems to genuinely like their job. The storage area is easy to access and conveniently located near I40. Will definitely come back when needed in the future.

I LOVED TAMMY THE MANAGER. SHE WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND PATIENT, RESPECTFUL. TAMMY WENT OVER EVERYTHING WITH ME AND MADE SURE I UNDERSTOOD MY CONTRACT AND POLICY.
I RECOMMEND STORPLACE OF HERMITAGE TO EVERYONE.
