Place has really gone downhill! Prices keep going up, lucky to have 1 cart to use , entry is dirty, dumpster in parking lot full and garage on ground! ..management I give 0 stars!

Great Experience. Once you learn that the best way to communicate is via text, and they have a user-friendly website, you will find it easy to work with StorSafe. In past years, I was accustomed to interfacing with a real person at a desk at other facilities, but their system is remote. Yes, they answer the phone, too. Very clean. Safe. Access is easy at all hours. Just don't be surprised when they increase the prices every few months.
