Nicole with Storsafe was amazingly helpful. We had talked with someone in the 888 number who was also good , but Nicole was able to get us a bigger unit and took the time to make sure everything was correct. She even responded right away when we needed a new entry code. The facility is extremely clean, well light and very safe. We are so happy we found Storsafe!

I absolutely loved that you could open your unit completely online with out having to go to the office and do all the paperwork and tour to the unit like I'm used to (ie public storage which I HATE with a passion!). BUT the gate code issue I seemed to always have since day one was a pain in the neck and so frustrating. Id be paid up and bring a huge load on a cart to the door from my car only to have the inside door reject my pin, even when the outside gate let me in. I had to re pack my car with it all twice and it was not cool! It seemed to work and then not work on a whim not even the people I spoke to could figure out. Which brings me to the last thing I DID love which was communicating via text, what an awesome and easy way to have any questions or help answered at all different hours of the day! Love that!

Very good experience. Amanda was very helpful, polite, professional, down to earth. A much better experience than I've had with storage in the past. I'd recommend to anybody.
