StorSafe of Port Washington

I had a positive experience with Store safe in Port Washington from beginning to end I highly recommend them for all your storage needs.

TLDR; Highly recommend using StorSafe in Port Washington. I would give this place 10 stars if I could. Their regional manager (Paul) is incredibly invested in providing quick and efficient help to tenants here. Read below if you want a really long and detailed review.

Long review:
Best customer experience I’ve had in years. Clean units and site, convenient location with gated 24/7 access. Best part is that if you rent from here you can be assured they take helping tenants out very seriously and are incredibly responsive and quick to solve any issues. This alone makes StorSafe the place to choose. Their regional manager for this area, Paul, is exceptional and personally helped get me access to the location at 8pm after hours because I didn’t receive a gate code. AT 8 PM!!!!! He not only saved the day but he also offered me a credit for a very minor issue. Thank you Paul!!! You are a gentleman and an asset to StorSafe. I hope you read this as you deserve to be recognized for your dedication to helping tenants at StorSafe!

LongER version:
I used to use Public Storage and was giving StorSafe a try. The signup was super easy on their website and the rate was really good. I was able to get a unit the same day. I went to the Port StorSafe location and realized they had a gate but I never received a gate code. When I got there it was 8pm so nobody was on site working.I figured I’d have to come back the next day but thought I’d submit a form on their site requesting assistance. I was about to head back home when I got a text… to my incredible surprise, the regional manager for the area, Paul, not only received the form I filled out asking for help but he actually TEXT me and helped get me the gate code personally. I can’t remember the last time someone showed that level of customer service (especially after hours). Once I got into the gate, Paul also assisted me over text with locating which building and unit was mine. Paul was incredibly knowledgeable, courteous, and patient with me during this.

I worked with Jermaine who was absolutely great! He reached out to me immediately after inquiring online. The unit size that I needed wasn’t available, but he was able to get me setup with a different unit that was actually cheaper and still met all my needs for storage. I would highly recommend Storsafe and ask for Jermaine, he is awesome and will make sure you are taken care of!

The young lady Denise Rodriguez was a great help very good at her job.
