StorSafe of Port Washington

Don't store w them!!! In four years rent went up over 100 PERCENT! Gate often broken; (Store Safe?????) You hardly ever reach someone to talk to via phone. Messages left are not answered. Your emails go unanswered. Basically won't communicate w you. When they do, one person doesn't know what the other said / did. They lie. Most difficult company I've ever done business with.

I've been renting a storage unit here for 20 years, since it was owned by Mr Hoffmann. I've been trying to reach someone at StorSafe for weeks, 2 emails, 2 requests for info through the website, and several phone calls. No response. Might be time to look for a new place.

Customer service is horrible.Im being overcharged and still haven't heard from billing.No number I cant call to speak to someone directly.No manager to speak to.Never got any credit for not being able to enter my unit due to 2 ft of snowfrozen in front of my door.Told them I wont pay it till its resolved and now locked out of my complex.NIGHTMARE!!

I need to speak to someone regarding my rent I called three times to ask a question,about my rent last year. I'm in a climate controlled storage unit in d8 that hasn't worked except maybe once that I know of, In Port Washington Wisconsin.
I've been with storsafe for over a year.

No one called me back I don't understand if my rent went up to $72 I have to play 10 extra dollars for insurance that I'm forced to take how, and why am I playing $ 84 dollars, and not $82?????

I recently received a letter in the mail advising me that my rent is going up from $72 to $83 dollars I asked the lady who I spoke to on the phone how much would it be to go to a unit outside that's not climate controlled, she told me that she didn't have that information in front of her to hold on that she would leave a message with the manager or someone, and they would call me back. It's been a few days I haven't heard anything. How are you answering a phone, and don't know how much storage is??? Very incompetent

I don't need this inconsiderate lack of professionalism from a place that doesn't care for me, all storsafe sees is a dollar sign and I'm leaving.
