Worst storage unit ever 3 break ins in 2 months and was told I was basically outta luck even tho i pay insurance Shannon never returns calls an mark is a joke I would give a negative 100 dnt rent there u get what u pay for for sure

Just moved out at the end of July, 2024.
Caution!!! Price just keep going up and up, never down. Upon moving that's when I was asked if they could compete, lower their price.... Whoops, $349 dwn to $110 at new establishment. Yep, went from a 10x30 to a 10x20, ground level with drive up access. ~$250 a month less. Lots of new storage facilities around. Do your $ homework.
Also I found a past complaint of mine was never addressed. Outside lights and fixtures are broken leaving dark areas around the whole facility. I was told this would be addressed, it never was. Safety is paramount and management/owners obviously don't care. Ramp up the prices, don't compete, run the place on the cheap. Glad I moved out. Also, rat dung throughout my unit, on every box, same as when I was in the upper units. Read my past review. Dangerous stairways to carry items up and down. Accidents waiting to happen. Very unsafe conditions!!!
