Excellent customer service and secure location. Angie was the best and gave us a warm Florida welcome with her kindness and attentiveness. She made our long trip across the country easy and worry-free upon arrival. Thank you! We used this location when unsure where we would purchase- it was perfect for the area we were searching!

I had to go into the office today for the second time in 2 months as I was not able to pay my bill but phone. It kept saying that it didn't recognize my phone number.

I spoke with Dennison both times, paid my bill with him and he says his email wasn't responded to last month about this issue. I had also called the number in front of him and he heard what I said was correct.

After I'm home about 15 minutes he messages me to ask what number I'm being told to call to pay my bill. I had always used the same number to pay my bill.

He had taken the initiative to call their IT people to find out what the problem was with my account.

After 10 minutes, it turns out that I'm calling the number for one of their other locations that Vera, their bill pay system, calls me from to remind me the bill is due, will be past due after a certain date and $$$ due.

In the end there's a glitch with VERA as it's giving me the incorrect numbers to call now.

Dennison stepped up, git this remedied immediately and had IT fix it and gave me the correct number to call from now on.

Angie was so extremely nice and informative. moving can be stressful and this portion of the move was stress free. Extremely clean facility and she even called to advise me the unit was left u locked during her walk thru.

Angie was great from the moment we arrived. Very informative and kind! She gave us many options and answered all of our questions. We love our unit and the complex is very clean, maintained and well kept! I highly recommend.
