StorSafe of Wildwood

I was already rent a 10x20 storage unit. I needed to and another 12x25 unit. The Manager of the location Ms Angie couldn’t have been any nicer to answer all my questions and make this a pleasant experience. I would recommend this location for your storage needs.

Wonderful experience with StorSafe of Wildwood! I had two units for a year and Angie was always so helpful and friendly. Excellent facility , I highly recommend it!

Great experience today with my second unit rental. Angie helped me with discounts I was eligible for, all the equipment needed for safe transfer of my property into the unit was readily available. I also learned Safe Stor has a moving van that can be rented, only cost was mileage and fuel. Super happy with the experience today.

Update: today 11/29, I moved out of the units I had rented for over a year. The moveout was due to my relocation to another area, not because of any issues with my units. I hadn't notified StorSafe of the moveout and intended to call the customer service line as soon as I got home. However, I received an email with move-out receipt before I got home. Additionally, during my rental time with StorSafe in Wildwood, the area had a Tropical Storm and Two major hurricanes. I was able to reach out to the property manager directly, who was already on site and get an update of whether any flooding or water intrusion had occurred (of the place was high and dry), I was very sad to learn the company had gone automated with no manager on site, as their on site manager was exceptional. However, the automated service I received was great, and if the opportunity presents itself in the future, I won't hesitate to rent again from StorSafe.

Great place to do business. Always clean and i appreciate the fact that they have managers on-site. Angie answered my questions and helped me get an additional unit near my existing unit. Much easier to do business there now they have people on site. Hope they keep it that way.

I used to rent from Stor Safe in Wildwood. No longer rent from them, but, was coming back. They are in a great location, however, I am now told that they are getting rid of personnel and replacing them with a kiosk. There will be no personal service, no one to answer your questions. As I am getting older, and live in the Villages, I do not want to do business with a Kiosk. We like to deal with a real live human being. I do not want to deal with AI. Artificial Intelligence does not replace an actual human with real feelings and a Personal Touch. So, if you are looking for a space, I would go somewhere else. I have 2 reservations at Stor Safe in Wildwood that I am going to cancel tomorrow. I am taking my business to Compass Storage on 301 where I can deal with a real Human Being.
