Great customer service, driver was awesome. Container is good and the doors are easy to maneuver. Their pricing is affordable. However, on a long distance move, it failed us. We loaded a 20 foot container with a 3 bedroom house, no appliances, no piano, no electronics and no entertainment center were added. But we were told our container was 4000lbs overweight and they would not take it across State lines. If there is space on the container, I’m going to continue loading it, how am I to know when the container reached its limit. Unloading 4000lbs means leaving the container half empty - if so, what’s the use.
Sadly, we emptied the container after a weeks worth of loading, we had 24 hours to do so and now have to find another way to move.

Recently I moved from the West Coast of Florida to the East Coast and chose to go with StorSquare. For my 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom house I went with their 16 foot container and everything fit perfectly. Sara was very helpful and easy to work with during the scheduling of our move. The ease of packing the container was great. The doors are rubber sealed, they lock into place if there is wind and they are very easy to open compared to a roll up door. Overall, this container made me feel confident about my move as the quality was outstanding! The container was placed in our tight fit driveway by Alex and I was very impressed at how seamless the drop off and pick up process was. I am so glad I chose to go with StorSquare and will continue to do so in the future!
