Smooth drop off. Was able to get same day delivery within a few hours. Needed in a specific, tight spot and wasn’t an issue

Container was delivered to my house by the restoration company that fold it up with my furniture. Unfortunately their storage container leaks and damage the furniture. They do not take any responsibility for their leaky Storage container. Was told that they have no insurance to cover. The whole point of getting a storage container Was so that I could safely store the furniture outside while the work was getting done inside. Was told on the phone that somebody will come pick up the container and call me so I could show them where the water was coming from. Never receive the phone call. Someone came picked up the container, loaded it on their truck. Luckily i heard through my security camera and ran outside. Not that it's going to help because they are saying that they or not.I'm going to cover any damages. Beware using this company. The didn't even offer a refund for the container. Image shows where water was coming in on the bottom that destroyed the bottom of my furniture. Along with wrapped furniture, that was frozen to the side of the container.
