Street Smart Storage - Vass

This storage facility was quite friendly and useful under the old ownership. Since it became Streetsmart Storage the rent for a simple 10x10 outside unit has gone from $65/mo to $158/mo with no improvements. On top of that they require you to provide annual proof of personal property insurance, or they will provide you with non insurance option and jack you for an additional fee. It is not worth what they charge for the space, and they’re really not that convenient compared to other units closer to Southern Pines. I recommend looking elsewhere for better maintained properties at a more reasonable price.

Miss Fay was professional and so kind every time I came and went. The facility was secure and clean. Would absolutely use again next time I come back to Liberty
