Dugan and his movers performed a miracle! Dugan gave me an exceptional price and white glove moving from a very challenging location in Newport (multiple levels of stairs, no parking) across the USA. He and his men packed and unloaded without a scratch on anything!
This company is a blessing for anyone who needs to have packing or moving done.
I cannot say enough, from the office support to the movers and the owner!

Dugan, the owner, kept me from being scammed by a fraudulent company. He called the state agencies responsible for moving companies and found out the company I was going to use was not in or authorized by the Oregon. Dugan even phoned the fake company to demand to see their credentials. They hung up on him. He called back and eventually got them to send prove of insurance. It had lapsed. They required to be paid in cash or a postal money order upon completion of the move. A huge red flag. I had already paid a deposit, which I am fighting. Dugan saved me over $1000. On top of that, he rearranged his schedule so his guys could move me the next day. Way above and beyond anything I could have asked for.
Kudos as well to Lenny, Patrick, and Fletcher. They worked tirelessly but with camaraderie and good humor. They were an absolute pleasure. They were quick, efficient and wasted no time. They made my move as smooth and enjoyable as it could possibly be.
