I was very surprised that they were able to move my family from Bossier to two different locations near Lafayette. We were happy to see that the quote was an overestimation of hours put into it. The movers were extremely nice and quick to get everything out of the house. They even helped carry stuff to the street for me. Definitely worth every penny with how efficient they were.

Ms. Janet and her Team of packers were prepared, professional, efficient and truly took care in packing my belongings. The Movers were courteous, hardworking and safely loaded four pods, in one day! Excellent experience. I highly recommend Strongman Movers!!

Would have given a lower rating had it not been for the two young men Brian and Brayden who were very careful and respectful. The negative is they showed up and the truck had no tools to disassemble the furniture nor a furniture dolly. Fortunately I had both with me otherwise I’m not sure what we would have done. Also beware, THE DAY BEFORE THE MOVE we received a text with a list of things they DO NOT do. One item is they do not disassemble and move adjustable beds. That was part of the bedroom set we needed moved. That should have been communicated to us on our very first phone call and we would have gone with someone else. We called them in a panic the morning of the move to discuss this and they said they would send their “technician”, but we never heard back. I ended up disassembling the bed myself and we got it moved.

Billy is great! Him and his team do an awesome job. He is easy to communicate with and get the job done right the first time!
