They provided a detailed quote quickly and coordinated the schedules for pick-up with the current piano owner and my own schedule seamlessly. Their professionalism, knowledge, and politeness were evident from the moment they arrived at both residences.

The team took great care in packaging the piano to protect it from dings, scratches, and the cold. They expertly navigated hallways, corners, and stairs to ensure the piano was delivered safely. The unpacking process was akin to a premium white glove service, showcasing their attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction.

Additionally, they removed an old, large, and heavy piano from my home with the same level of care and expertise. This extra service was handled efficiently and without any issues, further demonstrating their skill and dedication.

I honestly can't say enough good things about Strout Brothers Moving. Throughout the entire process they were completely wonderful to work with; communications were consistently clear and thoughtful, responses were always timely, they navigated complicated logistics with calm and good humor, and completed my move with impressive skill. Notably, they took impeccable care of the item I had asked them to move and went to great lengths to care for my home during and following the move. And somehow, they managed to accomplish all of this for a very fair price!
