STS Relocation

STS was great. Communication was good and they delivered as promised. I packed my boxes but there was no damage to anything!! The guys weee very helpful and went above and beyond to help me pack and move!! Highly recommend.

Moved with them to Utah and crew was a little late to load but got it done before dark. I was told my shipment would be guaranteed price by Tim the salesman. The price was the same as quoted. Overall, the service was good and the driver was great. The coordinator was excellent and communicated through out the move. I am happy!

I’m not one to write reviews but after the excellent move I experienced with STS recently and seeing the horrible reviews they’ve been given I wanted to say they took a lot of the worry out of my move my things were packed well delivered on time and in the same condition as they were when they were packed Any calls I’ve made to them have always been answered. They were referred to me by a family member who used them for an out of state move and spoke very highly of them after speaking with them about my move and getting a quote, I decided to go with them as well. I am so glad I did.! Would definitely use them again!

My claim filed on 7/8/2024 has not been resolved. I have attempted to communicate with the company and provide all information that they required for my claim and now it is 6 months later. I was assured that the company would honor my insurance claim even though they informed me that they were not insured through Mover's Choice as they initially represented to me. Denise e-mailed me in September that I would have a settlement within a few days. Now the company does not respond on the claim status. Tomorrow, I will be filing formal complaints for insurance fraud with Department of Transportation and Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration, BBB, etc. and will not rest until I reach a fair resolution.

UPDATED signed a settlement agreement on 1/21/2025 and still have not received my $ !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I've moved a lot and I can say hands down that the move we just had with STS was by far the best yet. We were kept in the loop through every step of the process and we're never left guessing. Our stuff arrived a day early and had no damage (first move ever with no damage) I know I will be moving again and I will without a doubt be using STS. There are so many choices out there that it's hard to make the right one but this place really made me feel like family. Thanks again for a phenomenal move.
