I’d give zero stars if I could.
This was my last move with the military and it was a disaster. I’ve been trying to get a hold of Denise since July after I sent my claim over. Nothing. Emails: unanswered, calls, not returned. I’ll be at the fort Carson transportation office and get the black list process started first thing Monday. Legal will also be consolidated. How do you even look in the mirror every day. Damaging very expensive items and not take responsibility for the lack of care of your movers!
I’m assuming this review will just be left on unread as well..
Well if there was ever is a poorly ran moving company, this is it, I have been in the moving industry for over 20 years, the two owners scot and denise are bad business. They work owner operators and do not pay them when the job is done, I was the operations for a little bit, I watched Scot steal so he couldn’t make payroll for the movers or office employees. He would hand out check and send employees to the bank only to watch every single check bounce weekly. He knew it would happen then dodge phone calls. The trucks are not inspected by a licensed insured company, I know this because I would watch him fill them out with out inspection. If there ever was an issue with missing items or claims they simply would not answer the phone when a customer would call, then they acted dumb or incompetent to even deal with the issue. Again stealing from the customer. I know they are not in good standing with North American at all financially. When we parted ways Scot flat out told me he wasn’t going to pay me for the 2 week pryor I had worked, I know the labor board is investigating. They have bad business practices and horrible management and ownership. If you are moving please do not use them. The untied van lines or Atlas van lines are better in every way possible.
A nightmare that doesn’t end. Do not use this so-called “business” for relocation, storage, packing or estimating. They are arrogant and incompetent and scam Military families routinely. In my case, every piece of artwork was ruined, furniture was delivered with scratches and broken legs, torn leather; clothes were tossed in wardrobe boxes and ripped under the weight—two entire floors were left unpacked and family history was lost. In addition, I experienced boxes with no numbers, an estimator who ghosts customers, office help who have no knowledge or ability to effect change. Moving across country is not easy—they made it an endless misery and “Scooter” is truly MIA when it comes to accountability or decency. They use NA Vanlines to hide their shoddy business practices. Our family will never recover from the loss, damage and callousness of their ineptitude.
