Extremely unprofessional crew. Little to no experience at all. Move took two hours longer because crew was so young and had no idea what they were doing. Also damaged my floors and walls. I will never recommend this company to anyone.

Two young men that worked hard into the night and very polite and professional. They deserved a great tip and I gladly paid it! Did I mention it was over 100 degrees when we started?

The two guys that showed up had some obvious tension between the two of them. Both wanted to lead. One of them was more concerned with were to plug in his cell phone for a charge. They got started and seemed to be careful in putting in our stuff. Stacking carefully. Towards the 3rd hour they became very sloppy. To the poont of shoving stuff on top with no ryme or reason. Not securing stuff. I had a lot of damage to wood pieces. I supplied them with plent of blankets to protect furniture. They decided they were done in 3 hours when we paid for 4 hours. At that point we just wanted them to leave so that we could rearrange some of their mess. They even asked for a tip. Would not recommend this establishment to anyone.

Took me a while to get this review written out, but a few weeks ago I was in a tight situation. I really needed to clear out the house, but was only available on the weekends. Unlike others that I called to get things packed and moved out, I did not feel like I was being taken advantage of due to the situation and urgency. I contacted Michelle and she managed to get me into the schedule despite contacting them a day prior. She was totally understanding and provided me options. Honestly, I only needed some help, I had a close friend of mine there to help as well. Jesus showed up, on time and was able to assist myself and my friend from emptying the house room by room until we were completely done. He was so professional, he knew how to disconnect everything without issues, as I needed to get my fridge, washer, and dryer out as well. He handled my items with care. He was a great help in clearing my home when I needed it to be cleared that weekend, and despite my concerns and short falls as I was trying to schedule 'other' companies to come in and do this, everything fell into place and worked out in the end. I was very relieved. I should have just called Student Movers sooner then I wouldn't have had to cancel or be disappointed throughout the week. Regardless it's the past and I just want to say thank you to Michelle and Jesus for everything. I truly appreciate their hard work and determination to assist customers. Thank you both so much!
