BEWARE!!!! I have called this company over 30 times. No one will return my calls. They have all my things and still haven't delivered them to me. It is well over the 21 days that they promised. No one will return my emails or calls. I'm starting to believe this company is a scam. I cannot get in contact with anyone to save my life! They don't even deserve 1 star

I'm from the east coast - had to move a few times around the LA location for work. Can not state sufficient incredible things about Suburban Relocation Systems. So expert, effective, QUICK and kept all of my delicate pieces safe. Nicest, hardest working movers I have actually ever discovered (especially in LA) and such fare rates. I will only ever be using Suburban Relocation Systems in the future!!!
After a couple of days, I decided to move with a moving truck instead of using their services.
I was told that I could cancel anytime before the move and would get a full refund of my deposit. I cancelled in writing as required and also called .I was told it should only take a couple of days to get the money refunded back to my credit card. After 2 weeks, no refund. I called the company 3 times and was told on each occasion that it would be handled immediately and the money would be refunded. Although the person I spoke to on the phone was responsive and nice, I still have not received my deposit of $199.00 and it's been over a month. I finally had to dispute the charge with my credit card company. do not pay the deposit unless you are absolutely sure you will use this company.
I was very disappointed in this company. I called and got 4 estimates before selecting them because they were the only company that said they would reassemble furniture that they had not taken down. 90% of our things were in storage prior to this move (and unassembled) and it was very important to us to have a company that would set the furniture up. Not only did they not set it up but were very rude about it.
I have moved 5 times in the past 10 years and this is the only company I have ever had demand payment before they would unload anything. My quote was based on hours so I asked how I could pay when they hadn't finished yet. He said they would adjust it if need be. Guess what? They took exactly how long the estimate said with one guy sitting in the truck the last hour.
My last complaint was the disregard for things marked 'Fragile' and even paying attention to how things were unloaded. For instance, my 2 filing cabinets came in upside down. That is not the way they were when they were picked up.
