Review:

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! I ISD booked with them and had to cancel. Their contract I signed said if I notified them in writing at least three days prior I could be refunded my deposit. I have been calling for six weeks. Sharon Brooks was my rep and sometimes she answers sometimes she doesn't. When she did answer she said she was going to request the refund. When you call any other department it's just voicemail and no one calls you back.

Save yourself some stress and frustration.

Review:

Suburban Relocation systems picked up my things on July 26th. My first available delivery date was set for August 5th. I have yet to receive my things, which is beyond the 21 business days listed in the contract. I have had to call and email multiple times in an attempt to find out where my things are and am told “someone will reach out shortly.” I am beyond frustrated. This is far too expensive for so little communication and dependability. Overall, this has been the worst moving experience I’ve ever had. If someone could please tell me where my stuff is or better yet, deliver it, that would be great. Would not recommend to anyone.

Edit: 9/8- I finally got a call back and was told once again that I should hear from someone shortly. I expressed that this was not acceptable and that there
should be planning to ensure contract dates were met. I was rudely told that I’m not in the business so I couldn’t understand the business so I shouldn’t be making suggestions. I’m livid. I have never been spoken to so disrespectfully by anyone in a customer service role.

Edit: 9/12- I was told on Friday there would be a delivery today (49 days later) but have yet to receive a phone call or email, despite multiple calls, voicemails, and emails.

Review:

Planning and communication during our move from NM to UT was painful.......no guaranteed dates and our constant follow-up was needed. The movers were pleasant and worked hard. We had damage to a table that was not wrapped enough.....settlement was $23! This settlement was very unjust since we sent photos of the table incorrectly wrapped and the damage that occurred. PLUS....we were charged an extra $400 even though we had a video estimate! We have been trying to 'close out' our settlement and it's been agonizing. Our form was submitted in early March (before Pandemic), we can't reach Claims Supervisor (mailbox full), and no one has called back from other numbers where we've left messages. We should have 'believed' the negative reviews, but we had hoped for the best.

Review:

This company broke many of my things. They ignored my complaint form. There are many movers out there that are very good. This one is the worst.
