Suburban Solutions Moving and Transport

The movers were great, quick, friendly and did a great job. However, if you have an issue, the customer service is horrible. Took 3 calls to speak to someone about missing furniture and when they say they will get back to you, you better follow up or you will not hear from them. Turned a great experience into a frustrating disaster.

STAY AWAY!!!! DO NOT use Suburban Solutions for your move in the Philly area.

Quinten and Justin on the operations team were incredible rude with communication regarding my move. They postponed my move until 1pm due to the weather and then cancelled on me 4 hours prior as the weather was improving. They were unwilling to wait until 1pm and told me I would have to wait until the following week to reschedule. TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE. They’ll have you waiting around for hours and they are not flexible or able to adapt at all. Management is very poor and disrespectful and they get flustered very easily and will start calling you names over the phone.

Bobby Trauffer the sale guy at the place is a disaster. When I informed him that bad weather was coming her took 3 days to get back to me and insisted that it would not be an issue. That was far from the truth. Don’t believe a word this guy says.

Others that have used this company have told me that their movers milk the clock to rack up your bill. This company is shady and I’m glad this happened because I wouldn’t want them moving my stuff anyway.

If you want your move to go smoothly stay far away from these guys.

Move took 7hrs for 1000 sqft apartment, one resident, moving 15minutes away. This was double the high end of the quote. The Team Leader had me sign a change order but said he could still move me in 4hrs. Very nice people but so many excuses and very slow. My neighbor moved a week prior, same size apartment, same side of the building, same distance from loading dock/elevators, she was charged double as well. They told me I was farther from the elevator than expected and they gave her a different excuse about her storage unit. Very responsive team when order service, not as responsive when you call with issues. I was a repeat customer as well.
