Kevin and Greg were phenomenal at delivery. They deserve five star. The only reason why I give it this a four-star it's because of the judgment call of only sending two men to unload when it took three men to load.
It was communicated to Miguel that unloading would be more of an issue due to stairs and the weight of what was going upstairs. But he did not relay this properly to Kevin and Greg.
After 9 hours with my husband helping with furniture going upstairs, there was no time for furniture set up. All boxes ended up in the garage-not to rooms. This is no fault to the drivers. This is fault to not having another person in the crew. I couldn't see keeping the men longer after 8PM. It was a tough 9 hours.

Miguel, Justice and Parker did an awesome job unloading and organizing our move-in. 5 stars for their care for our many boxes of stuff and organization skills. I would highly recommend them for their professionalism and positivity. Thanks again guys for all the hard work.

If we have option for negative stars I would use them instead 1 star. For Star this company was selected to do my PCS order from Fort Campbell KY to Fort Liberty NC. My items where in storage waiting to received a house on post. Once I have the house I call them to get my household good deliver. They arrived to my house to completed my household goods deliver. They damage: my daughters bed x2,diaper change/dresser, bar stools x2,recliner,plastic storage drawers boxes x4,4 tier racks, patio bench, fire pit, plant stand, room set(chest, dresser, headboard),tool box , tuff boxes ,jack stand, microwave just for mention some of what they break. Now let me mention you what they stolen: Army jump boots(class A uniform), a lot of Snap-On tools(torque wrenches x3,swivel x3,ratchets) dewalts tools( impact wrenches x3, impact driver, dual battery charger, corded rotary hammer with bits, pressure washer and more(just mention few). In process of delivery and unpacking I find cockroaches inside the boxes. Employee using profanity in my house in front of my family. Im missing boxes for the household goods and they don't want to be responsible for that as well. I find out in those boxes was my twin daughters and wife cold/winter clothes, boots etc. (All gone). My total claim was plus 9k. They offer me first $ 2574(back on 8 Oct 2024 and $3,501.86 on 20 Dec 2024. I declined both offer because both of them are disrespectful. If they treat my family belongings with care and respect nothing of this will happening. Also they make damage to the house I living on post and at this time they make excuse to get it fix those damage. Im tired to call them leaving a message to call me back and they never call me or when I ask to talk to someone specific they always said let me check if he or she are available, yes they are never available to answer my call or call me back. Yes I reach some people to get this done at once including MR Jia Li and Mr Steven but today 5 Jan 2025 nothing yet. That are kind od service we received serving the country we love. To give you a prove my BIL are BGAC....750 and my name are in the post.
