Suddath Moving & Storage

If I could give y'all negative stars I would..lets start from the beginning though.. I PCS'd from Ft. Bliss a few years back, and had this company assigned to me by DPS for NTS Storage. When they came out to do inventory of my goods a day prior to pack out. I specifically told them everything that would be going had a green sticky dot on it & told them the biggest pieces of furniture to be moved was my bed, a tv a tv stand and some other things such as my KRK Speakers & studio setup. When I got back to the states, I requested my stuff pout of storage. It took them about a month to ack the request. It took about Three weeks to get my stuff from TX to NC (No Biggie!). When I received my goods, the movers were upset after I requested them to unpack everything & gave me an attitude..cool, so we're unprofessionals (got it). I then noticed a big blotch on my TV screen, which looks like someone dropped it and didn't say anything. I filed a claim through DPS And it was denied because they wanted me to pay out of pocket to contact a repair company to come out and fill out a silly form, instead of reviewing the before and after pictures. Just to let Y'all know- Samsung requires $180 just to come out and look at the tv.. that doesn't include fixing what's wrong with it. Also- my bed is literally sagging because they lost the support bars for the back and two legs are missing, in which I can't get replacement parts for. I'm not going to ever do business with this company ever again and I highly suggest if your military and your moving office gassings them to you, you do business elsewhere!

Used them to move about 15 miles. Very expensive. No boxes; furniture only. Very nice and smiling the entire time they’re pulling my damaged furniture off the truck. I did not file a claim because truly believe it would not have been resolved to my satisfaction and I would not have trusted anyone they recommended for repair. No a good experience at all.

Always punctual and packed and moved quickly and efficiently during every phase of the relocation. Provided multiple levels of service, from packing and relocating industrial equipment and supplies, to moving large shipping containers and tractor trailers. Worked on weekends to limit interruptions to our business and set-up right where we needed to hit the ground running every Monday.

Communication was excellent and service was unmatched! Highly recommend Suddath for all your relocation needs!
