Communication is TERRIBLE! Had to cancel my move since we were told our dates were not available. Then realized, they did have the dates available but gave the move to another person that wanted those dates. Keep it in mind we gave PLENTY of notice. Leanne Regan was our coordinator and did not help at all. She said our dates at the beginning were perfect then kept changing the dates on us before finally telling us that our dates were all declined and proceeded to give us a date extremely out of our time frame. She had the audacity to tell us we’d probably have to move ourself. Completely unprofessional and I cannot believe they are still in business!

Review:

We had 1-star and 5-star experiences so I'm giving 3 stars overall. We worked with 3 crews, 2 of which had issues with wearing masks. During our pack-up process, Andy (lead) told me he and his crew members don't wear masks when moving boxes to the truck. I asked them to wear a mask the entire time. He agreed but made it clear he wasn't happy about it. I mentioned his attitude to my corporate contact, Kristy, when I asked her about Suddath's PPE policy. Andy's crew was supposed to come back the next day to load our belongings onto the truck, but one of them was exposed to COVID so the entire crew was put on quarantine. Kristy scrambled and scheduled Bill to come the following day. Bill's team did such a fantastic job that I requested them when I scheduled our belongings to be brought to our new home. I requested Bill one month prior to our move-in via Kristy, who left Suddath and didn't pass along my request to her replacement, Elaine. On the day of our move-in, we got another crew that didn't follow the mask policy. However, in this case, crew member L was so rude and belligerent when I asked him to wear one that I was uncomfortable having them in my house. The crew lead, Robert, told me he would make L wear his mask, but L continued to say he wouldn't wear it to both Robert and me. I called Elaine to request a new crew and described L's hostile behavior and refusal to wear a mask. She escalated me to her manager, Blythe. They contacted the Operations Director who scheduled Bill (who I originally requested) to come the next day. Bill/Adrian/Drew came and did a fantastic and efficient job, wore masks the entire time, and were polite and professional. Elaine and Blythe were professional and responsive in all my interactions with them. Beatrice in Claims was professional and responsive in resolving our damaged and missing items.
