Suddath Moving & Storage

we have a 9am delivery appt, the driver checked in at 9am then waited a whole hour and 15mins for a dock ( driver has to go inside and ask if the dock is available since they said they are going to call him when its available but they never did) then when driver went into the office, the front desk lady was on a big earphone and completely enjoyed her music, when driver asked her when the dock will be ready she said ohhh its ready and i forgot to call you. seriously lady , you messed up my whole day schedule. my backhaul load got canceled because of this because it took them another 90 mins to unload the truck. driver has to stuck there that day and i have to pay him layover out of my pocket. the only reason i gave 2 stars because the people who work in the warehouse are nice and friendly.

We moved our home and family back in May and had an incredibly positive experience with Suddath and the crew that was sent to our home: Julio Perez, Eric Morales, Harold Rivera, and Marsell Fletcher. They were courteous, efficient, hard-working, professional, and made sure that we could complete the move that same day, otherwise we would have had to find a hotel for the night. Once we got to our new place, they made sure to place every piece of furniture in the right place, carefully reassembled the beds, and had a good attitude throughout. I will book them for the next move, no doubt!

Julio, Harold, and Erick did a fantastic job and were very attentive and friendly. It made the moving experience stress and hassle free. Props to them all!

Driver by Appoitment only,even you are on time,Pass 1 hour of your Appoitment time,no dock no phone call.How they are planing their jobs?Or yes short answear,we are short of guys,Pay more money and will have a lot of guys. No respect to other carriers,we have to waist our time and lose aday because of you guys?....They just look to their schedulle,try to late,probably will be rejected.
