Suddath Moving & Storage

I was supposed to get a refund after completed job at less than time that was quoted. That was over a month ago. Still waiting for refund.

Id leave a negative rating if I could. Terrible experience, movers were late, and didnt seem to care they were moving valueavle items. I watched as they dropped multiple pieces of furntire in my driveway because they couldn't handle it. We had a L-shaped desk that was broken and three entertainment stands that were broken.
I have countless items that are missing and were not 'ticketed' that the company will not acknowledge. Guess im out my air compressor now.
The movers brought in other persons belonging into my home because he was not paying attention. Incompetent and a disgrace is what this company is.

Would never hire them again! ( or United Van Lines, who they are a part of) Moved us 1600 miles and most of my furniture was gouged or scratched. So sad! Some very meaningful items will never be the same. Yet everything I packed arrived intact. I found them hurried, careless and disrespectful. We also had to wait 5 extra days for our furniture that sat in a truck 30 miles away, while they got a crew together to deliver, once they got to our new area. If I could give less than 1 star I would.It’s been 3 months since the move and I’m still very upset with the whole ordeal.

Quite an exceptional experience!!! Not a hiccup to be had…starting with the quote from Randy,right down to the follow ups with Theresa…movers Doug and Brett were fast,conscientious,and professional throughout the pickup and drop off. Never worried about our belongings in their care. Couldn’t be happier…
