I would like to personally acknowledge and commend OrShea Davis, who was an absolute pleasure to work with from our initial meeting in November through the completion of the move in January. OrShea’s professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to ensuring that my needs were met at every step were remarkable. He maintained constant communication with me throughout the entire process, proactively checking in to see if there were any changes, additional needs, or ways in which he could further support me. His thorough approach and genuine dedication to customer satisfaction set the tone for a successful move.
On move day, the crew you assigned was simply outstanding. Led by Lawrence W., this team was the epitome of efficiency, punctuality, and professionalism. They arrived on time, worked with impressive speed, and had the first two trucks at the new location within just three hours of their initial arrival. Lawrence ensured clear and effective communication throughout the entire move, consistently checking in with me to confirm the placement of items, which significantly minimized any post-move adjustments on my end.
Carlos and the IT crew also deserve high praise for their meticulous attention to detail. They not only ensured that all computers were set up in their correct locations but also took the extra step of hooking them up, verifying their functionality, and even wiping them down for cleanliness before the end users arrive. Their thoroughness and professionalism did not go unnoticed and were deeply appreciated.
Additionally, I would like to extend my gratitude to Juan and Keith, both of whom played a crucial role in making this move as smooth as possible. Keith, in particular, took great care in setting up the industrial shelving in our library exactly to my specifications. The team as a whole exhibited remarkable patience and flexibility, willingly making adjustments when I requested changes after certain items had already been placed - all without a single complaint. Their willingness to go above and beyond speaks volumes about their work ethic and commitment to customer satisfaction.

Extremely disappointing experience. I was rushed to sign papers, my questions were brushed off in the moment and I was told inaccurate info in order to sign the contract.
Then during the move, our nice furniture was dropped, tossed around, carried up stairs with no padding, and multiple items (worth thousands of dollars) arrived dented, scratched, and damaged. The movers were fighting with each other the whole time and there was a palpable tense, hostile energy during the entire two day move. I felt scared and anxious the whole time.
I filed a claim on the damaged items and am pending a response. I will only get ¢60/pound based on the weight stated on the inventory which I was initially told “did not need to be accurate.” I wish I had saved the $3,000 and rented a u-haul to do it myself. I’ve moved 5 times in the last 15 years and have never had furniture damaged (at all, let alone to this extent) or felt so overwhelmed in the process.
Update: about a week after my move, I filled out a survey emailed to me my the company and detailed my experience. A customer advocate reached out and listened to me and validated that this experience was completely unacceptable. She took detailed notes so they could follow up and retrain their employees and I was also reimbursed for approximately 40% the cost of the move.
