I highly recommend Sullivan’s team! To say I was pleased with the care that was taken during the disassembly and shipping of our 55 year old Travelift is an understatement! This is a complex machine with several moving parts, bolts, hydraulic tubing, wire rope, and pins! We received every part down to the smallest stainless cotter pin and carefully packaged as if we were receiving a brand new machine! Wow!! Sullivan Industrial Services & Rigging are first class!

The team at Sullivan Industrial Services helped my company move in some equipment on time and without issue. They were very professional and accommodating. My company does not have a loading dock, so Sullivan took delivery of our equipment directly to their facility and then delivered to us as soon as they could. They brought all the right equipment and attitudes. Definitely will be using them again for future moving and rigging.

I can't say enough good things about Sullivan Rigging. From start to finish, they were incredibly knowledgeable and were able to explain to me everything they had to do to move an embroidery machine for us, from New Jersey to Connecticut. This machine was located in a particularly tricky location, and a potentially dangerous location (police had to block off the street for traffic, the road was a steep and curvy hill...it was a horrible location to have to move a 5500 lb machine) Not only did they manage to move this machine in a difficult situation, but they did it so safely. Here is how well they treated my equipment: once the machine arrived at our shop, we had a tech come in, which is standard procedure when you move these machines. Well, for the first time in this tech's career he had nothing to do!! He said the internal level of the machine hadn't moved a single degree...which is absolutely unheard of!! Internal levels typically move a few degrees. So that tells you a lot about how well they will take care of your equipment.
