I used this company once, and tried to a second time. The first time the two movers were pretty good. They took a few smoke breaks and one wasn't feeling well so he stopped a bit. They got the job done though.

The poor review is for the second time I tried to use them. I had a reservation for moving and they called less than 24 hours before the move and said they couldn't make it. Their only offer of help was to suggest I call another company. This left me scrambling last minute to find new movers. So unprofessional.

Summit Moving Services LLC did an outstanding job! They moved us from a second story apartment into a two story house. Kam and Dave were very professional, punctual, and efficient. Would definitely recommend!

I was happy with the customer service arranging the move. Matt was very professional over the phone lining everything up. As for the actual movers, not so much. They were late to arrive, took a 90 minute lunch break (we didn't pay for it, but we also were not told this would happen) and they moved very slowly. We've moved several times recently and this took longer than any of them (and thus cost more). I would try another company next time.
