The equipment wasn’t tiptop shape
It was ready for me when I got there
I returned it and was in and out quickly
In fact, it took me longer to back the trailer in then it did to finish up the transaction and leave

Review:
All good, but I think you should give the customer a receipt that shows they returned the item at the time of return. A follow up email doesn't cut it if you never get the email you have no proof the tool was returned.
