Was charged 205 which included a 165 diagnosis fee for an issue he wasn't able to diagnose... so not sure what I paid for? And then he wanted to charge me for tape he had to use to fix the holes that he cut in the underbelly because he didn't want to take the screws out... and then said he was pressed for time so why come out in the first place if you can't give your customers your full attention...? Yes water leaks are tricky but I let him know I wanted to find out what was causing the soft spots and I still don't know but he sure was happy to charge me for cutting holes in my camper with my knife outstanding what a joke?! Yeah I know there are some good reviews on here but if you have water problems don't call him. EDIT since I can't reply to his reply. Money wasn't the issue bud. You said yourself you didn't know what was causing the soft spots. And why would I inter a repair agreement when you couldn't find what was causing the issue in the first place and yes I wrote a review so others with 100k campers won't have their time and money waisted. But I don't have time to go back and forth just wanted to give everyone a fair warning don't waist your time.

Nothing worse than hitting the brakes and pedal hits the floor! Contacted Mark and he was there on the side of the highway with us in no time. He figured out everything needed and within 2 hours had us back on the road!! I have had others recommend him to us and I'm glad they did!!! Great fast service when you need it most. Not to mention he did this on his birthday!!! Thanks again for keeping us safe highly recommend!!!

Mark came to our RV to fix two a/c units that both went out on a 93° day. He was professional, knowledgeable, quick, and reasonable. I couldn't ask for a better experience!

I would give a 100-star rating if I could. Mark has been nothing but a blessing. I bought an RV in hopes of living in it while traveling for work. I was nervous about this huge change and finding someone to look at it and tell me everything I needed to know. Little did I know there is a ton to learn about RVs/campers. He came out and did a full inspection of the unit plus showed me how everything works. He found the A/C electrical incorrectly wired which is a fire hazard plus a leak that could lead to major water damage. I felt so much better knowing that I was going to be safe and knowledgeable about my RV. He is so friendly and never made me feel stupid for asking so many questions. He gave me a full breakdown list of repairs that were needed and also suggested maintenance for full time living. Thanks to Mark I was able to learn about my unit and save a ton of money. Kindness, professionalism, honesty, pricing, 10/10, 5 stars, 1000% would recommend to anyone with a RV/camper. I will not use anyone else but him.
