Sunrise Storage - Orwigsburg

No security. Had a break in that damaged my RV. Owners took no responsibility. Have camera system but don't review alerts the next day or ever. Cameras do not cover behind or in front parked unit. Fence opening is left open unattended. I asked, 'Why do you have cameras if you don't check them' the owners response was 'we don't have time!' Store at your own risk.

Was very easy. Was easy reservation got one phone call for my driver license and that's was it found the place easy storage unit was decent size for the price. Very nice

I've had a storage unit here at the Orwigsburg location for years, (at one point I had 2 during a major move), and the staff here has always been amazing. If there was ever an issue with my account, they were sure to contact me to discuss my options in a kind and courteous manner. I never felt bullied like some other places make you feel when things don't go as planned. They have their rules they need to follow, but they do so in a way where you know they see you as a human being and not just a storage locker #. I always felt that my locker was safe, secure, and that my belongings were well taken care of. They will always be my #1 choice and will continue to refer people to them.
