Sunset Moving and Storage Group

Have been waiting since May 2024 to hear back from this company on making it right by compensating me for the damages done to chandelier while they were moving my items out of my him. It’s been over 90 days and still nothing Luis Martinez is who I spoke with and was texting and emailing and have heard nothing since July. You asked for proof of damage from me and I sent multiple times. Moving stuff out of my storage I even found more crystals attached to the furniture from the chandelier which is more proof.I found other pieces of furniture that was damage or scuffed. I do not recommend this company at all. They’ve been reported to the BBB.org as well and I will be filing a complaint with the city if I’m not reimbursed

Horrible customer service, not reliable.. had a 10am appointment they reschedule to 2pm. 2:30pm they ask me to confirm pick up location… come 4pm I received a message saying they have to cancel and they are going to refund deposit. No one answers the text nor the phone anymore… now costing me additional expenses…

DO NOT USE! Won’t return my own property to me!! They forgot to deliver the legs to my dining room table during my out of state move. The table legs were located at their warehouse yet they still will not return them to me. I have contacted them over and over with empty promises they were trying to find a truck and then that they would ship them to me. Now they are just ignoring me completely. I had used this company many times before without issue but could never recommend them or use them again after this last time. In addition to the missing table legs, a console table arrived broken (fine things happen) they tried to give me furniture that wasn’t mine (including a personalized wedding portrait that I hope got returned to the correct owner) and they lost a portion of one of my beds rendering it unusable, not to mention their lack of communication throughout the entire process. I doubt I will get any money from the claim form they had me fill out. But mostly I am sick of not being able to use my dining room table and zero response or accountability from this company. It’s unacceptable!!

We used them to move us. The guys were on time, professional and packed, unloaded and placed things is the right rooms. Would recommend to others!
