They sent to gentlemen that I believe will Venezuelan, did not speak a single word of English. One match to tell me through an application on his cell phone that he has just entered the country. Diego who is the salesperson there estimated the job in a fashion to secure the job at saying that they would be loading for an hour after seeing pictures of everything there and offloading about the same amount of time. I cut down the amount of things they had to handle, PS they loaded there from 10:45 a.m. up until 3:45 p.m. . I had both places ready to receive or get rid of furniture. That didn't help. They did not have even a screwdriver with them. Everything they had to do they have to stop and use this application on their cell phone with voice recognition, which took multiple attempts to even capture what I was saying and then they had to wait for a version of what I was saying
A lot of times they forgot what I was saying. They loaded the truck wrong, which put items in the wrong place on the offload. These are unprofessional men. They did know to do the Oliver twist act twice on me. My blood pressure was so high I had to have my brother talk to them who's an attorney, he made an agreement with them to give them another $600. Of course I didn't satisfy them cont.

The worst of the worst!!!
We had the most horrific experience with this so called movers. We used them on January 2022. After taking your money via zelle, only via zelle (because they know there is no chance for a credit card dispute) they only cared to get our money and provide the worst service. They announce that they pride themselves on employing only professional and experienced mover.. Big lie!! The two men who came to move our furniture only cared about how much we were going to tip them and after two hours they stopped working unless we paid them additional time. On top of it, they broke our bed and didn't even care. When we called Edgar to the office to report the damage he was rude and said we must submit a claim with pictures which we did. They said it would take a month for the insurance to send us a check and we are still waiting!! Six months later and not even a word regarding our claim. I don't know how this people still get customers. I will report them to the better business bureau so they don't scam decent people!! This is not the way to do business in this country!!!

I've used this company last week to move from FL to NY. Great group of guys on the phone and in person! Professional, responsive, hard working and very efficient. I would definitely use them again
