Sunshine Movers

Victim of Identity theft. I was Initially happy with the move. They took a little longer than expected. While they were in my office they took longer than expected and were acting a little strange. I had forgotten that I left my personal information in the office. Within a week after the move I had a strange charge on my credit card that I disputed and closed down the card. I contacted the owner of Sunshine movers and told him that I had suspicion that it was one of his employees. My wife had a weird feeling because one of them had a bunch of facial tattooes. The owner blew off my concern and said that he knows those kids(his employees) and they would never do that. Now over a year later I am having several collection accounts pop up on my credit report dating back to the time right after they moved my stuff. The card that I used to pay them I don't use anywhere else. I am very careful with my identity online and the only people who ever had access to my office room where I had my personal information was the movers. I am leaving a bad review only so people can watch their stuff carefully. I am now dealing with several thousands of dollars from collections in California where someone either sold my information or one of the past movers, moved to.

Not professional showed up late, we hired them to unload a uhaul into our apartment and 2 guys and a girl showed up. The girl didn't have much strength and also was not experienced or trained. The older guy who is in charge kept telling her and the other younger guy how to do things. They tried to carry too much at one so one of my crates fell and broke cause it was stacked high and when the guy let go of the dolly he couldn't hold the items. He also made a big scratch on the floor with the dolly and one in the front door. Its a crate so I didn't make it a big deal and also the scratches are not gonna bother me since its an apartment but the older guy used my unwrapped computer chair as a dolly and put piece of wood furniture on top thus creating scratches on the fabric. He claimed it was like that and he even got very rude and blamed me for it not being wrapped. Yes it wasn't wrapped but we are paying you to move our items and we expect care and professional companies have moving blankets and equipment to try and avoid damage. This company doesn't even seem to train their employees and two has bad attitude I politely just pointed out to please be careful and I received pure lashback. I wish them well but will not be bothering to call here for my next move.

My husband and I were blown away by these guys. They moved our entire home into a home with three flights of stairs - nothing damaged, effective, quick and professional. We highly recommend this company to anyone looking for top-notch movers.

Did a great job, I’ve used these guys 3 times before and no complaints

A move that should have taken 2 hours, took 7. These guys showed up an hour and a half late, and simple instructions were unable to be followed. I had two storage locations. After they brought the incorrect items from the first one, I asked them to return the items to the second storage because they were not able to fit in my new place. Instead, they returned the items to my storage unit which I had already cancelled in anticipation for the move, the unit has no lock and they had no authorization to use my gate code to get in (I gave it to them to get OUT of storage). They took at least an hour to drive from one location to the next, when the GPS read 8 MINUTES!! One of the times I called them and they told me they had stopped at a garage sale...It was a complete joke. I would never recommend these guys. Now I have to find more movers to to get my things out of storage...again, and am paying more fees on top of the pricey rates I have paid these movers.
