Mj was amazing! The customer service was sub par! They had my keys ready to.go.when I got there and made the process extremely smooth and all with a smile. Latasha and Marquis were very sweet and welcoming as well. Highly recommend this location.

reserving a unit was super easy and straight to the point. Coming in the day after to reserve it was super simple as well and very quick

Marquis was AMAZING, MJ best manager I’ve met since I’ve been in town. I appreciate all the help they gave.

IF YOU ARE CONSIDERING PARKING YOUR BOAT OR RV HERE —- READ THIS FIRST!!!!

We thought our $45k travel trailer would be safe here. 24 hour security. Cameras. Gates.

It’s expensive at $370 per month but we thought it would be worth it.

WRONG! Our trailer was stolen straight from the lot. We had a hitch lock but it didn’t stop them. The security didn’t stop them. The cameras and gates didn’t help.

Oh and get this. While the cop is in taking the report, the manager tells us that he’s the best. She says she knows this because she’s worked with him several times before. Meaning - stuff gets stolen from here on a regular basis.

Garbage place. Over priced. My family is so sad we can’t go camping because these fools allowed our trailer to be stolen. These top notch security guys were probably in on it.

Find another place to store your boat or RV and buy a boot for the wheel because the low lifes will find a way to rip you off.

3/1/25 Update- my camper is still stolen and we are sad as camp season is upon us. I found a new logon to our Netflix account from the Apple TV that was in the camper, a child named Sami. So we know the thieves have a child and they’re enjoying their new home. Stay away from Sunshine Storage otherwise Sami will have your stuff soon.
