Super Good Movers

I recently used this company to move my furniture and all I can say is; they were fast, careful, and friendly. Highly recommend!

I would highly recommend you use All My Sons instead...their hourly rate was only $14 more an hour than Super Good Movers and I regret trying to save the money.

The movers they sent were nice guys, but they started very slow almost as if to claim more time. They also started moving late as they needed tools to disassemble the furniture. We had to unpack some boxes to find where our tools so they could start working. Yet this all still counted as time they were moving. They broke a few pieces of furniture and items, and scuffed/dinged many others. I understand accidents happen but they never said anything was damaged. At the end of the move, I even asked if anything was damaged just so I would know, they said no. I heard them drop things coming up the stairs. When they were unloading, one of the movers apologized but said it smelled heavily of gas and hoped it didn't penetrate in the furniture or clothing. When they finished there were issues processing the payment and they tried to charge me again. And then the amount I was originally charged is not what I was charged later by the office...makes me wonder how honest their billing practices are.

I told the office about my concerns, and they just said they would pass it along. They did not appear phased nor concerned about my experience.

We moved from El Paso to Houston and they not only changed all the items from one truck to another overnight, but stole and trashed our belongings. They are so shady and hire people from Home Depot, not even considering the items can be broken by those that are not profesional. Please be very careful, we need to spread the word on what this company does when they transfer from one city to another.
