Review:
More than an hour late for my move. Customer service super unhelpful. Left them 4 messages with no answer and an email. But the second I called for an estimate on a new job they picked up right away. Lied and said they tried calling multiple times, i have no missed calls or messages on my phone. Landlord coming at a certain time and I need to be ready to be on the road to Virginia. Now this screws up my entire trip. Don’t move with this company. Worst I’ve dealt with.
