Great employees. The company does not send a confirmation email ahead of time because they wait to give you a proper estimate based on the exact hours it takes for the service to be completed. The hourly rate is set at a great price too. The customer service reps are also very responsive. They made my relocation a lot easier than it would've been with any other competitor.
