Superior Moving LLC

Absolutely loved my experience with Superior Moving. After seeing reviews I was a littler nervous, but Paco and Alex worked hard and fast and got everything done while being very careful with our stuff. It took an extra hour than the estimate, but with the price as low as it was it still came in under what I would have paid with other companies.

I have used them before I let things go they were small, but this time no way, the driver didn’t know how to drive the truck, got stuck on our road, wouldn’t take any advice just threw his phone and a temper tantrum yet he was a Supervisor, poor attitude tried to make himself look busy the whole time yet damaged a BRAND NEW fridge, credenza, generation’s of ornaments basically everything he touched, then left items we offered them after telling them we had no room they left them on our front lawn and said we decided we don’t want them for us to get rid of, did I mention I’m disabled!! Then upcharged us hours and hours for getting stuck etc.so when I reported a claim NO RESPONSE BIG SURPRISE

Paco, Alex, Oscar, and Carlos were great! Arrived early and began on time. Worked fast and got my 4 bedroom house moved within the quoted time frame.

Truck was leaking water on my furniture, several of my totes were destroyed like someone was sitting or standing on them. And when they loaded my air hockey table they tried to say it was considered a heavy item because the lift was crooked but the lift was already crooked when they got there. Not to mention it was the table and three men standing on the lift.

Paco, Oscar and Carlos were an amazing team for our move! They arrived exactly when we expected them and did a wonderful job with our boxes and furniture. We moved from a 4th floor apartment to the top of a duplex with no elevators, so they had to traverse a LOT of stairs in the summer heat. They did so quickly, carefully, and always had a smile on their faces. I'll be using these guys for all of my local moves in the future!
