Superior Storage - Fond du Lac

Would NOT recommend. I reserved my unit online. I came in the next day. In attempt to UPSALE, the manager said it wasn’t available anymore but there was one more expensive than the one I reserved. 2-3 months later my bill went from $86-$104(m/o). Months after that, I had an unexpected situation come up. I’ve always paid on time before. I called around to hear my options and to see if I can get the late fee removed as I had never been late. Was told by customer service the only person that could get rid of the fee was the building manager. The building manager (name starts with a “r”)wasn’t willing to help. She told me there’s absolutely nothing she could do. This lady had an attitude every time I came in contact with her and I’ve always been respectful and understood she had a job to do as well. Fast forward, I’m at my storage unit to get some things out..MINDING MY BUSINESS. The manager decides to keep circling around the units until she finally pulls up behind me and ask which unit is mine and what I’m doing there as if I didn’t pay them every SINGLE month?After awhile, it started to appear as discrimination. Either she needs to take a customer service class or be talked to about her “alleged” prejudice behavior.

Very efficient, friendly and made our experience a positive one under chaotic moving experience.
