Superior Storage - Hartland

I mainly did the rental online. But when I got to the facility, there were a few things left to do like picking up the lock, etc. It went pretty fast thanks to AJ.

I had a great experience renting a unit at this facility. Huge shoutout to the property manager here, AJ, for making the entire move in process effortless. He went above and beyond finding me the best unit at a great price. I also like the fact that this property has someone on site 5 days a week during regular business hours. The entire facility is clean and easy to access, highly recommended if looking for storage in the Lake Country area!

Rented a unit on line. Stopped by Hartland location to pick up the free lock provided. Realized the rented unit wouldn't be large enough after seeing it. AJ was so friendly and helpful with the transition to a larger unit. Nice to work with someone who knows the business, can articulate the contract changes, and did it all efficiently and professionally.
