Superior Storage - King

The facility is nice but their price increases are crazy! We have had a unit at this facility for a few years now and about twice a year we get a letter stating they are increasing prices. I understand that prices need to be adjusted at times but these are significant increases. The letter we just received for our 10 X 10 unit states that our price will go from $219 a month to $268 a month. This is before taxes and whatever else they charge us for. In my opinion, this is just pure greed. They have the same type of unit we currently have listed on their website for $170 a month so I have a hard time understanding why they need to charge us $100 more than that. We decided to move all our stuff to another storage facility in King where we will not be paying anywhere near that amount. The new place also had a special for 50% off the first 6 months. If you are looking for a storage unit I do not recommend Superior Storage as they will have you paying a ridiculous amount for their storage units in no time.

The storage unit is sufficient in size and reasonably priced. However the biggest selling point was Rebecca. She was very professional, efficient and courteous. She made the rental process and very streamlined.

The office staff was great and everything went very smooth. Very secure place that allows access during certain hours that way no one can access too late at night.

I’am very happy with my experience with Superior Storage in King and Pilot Mountain. My Husband James & I have a unit in Pilot Mountain and a unit in King. They are very professional and very friendly. I highly recommend both of these places.
