Superior Storage - Pilot Mountain

They were great I had to change my unit for bigger one and then get another unit and there was no problems, and Lauren made it so easy

I can't say enough great things about the manager and this facility. I had to use this location temporarily. It is clean and neat. I highly recommend this location if you have storage needs.

I wish that it was 24hrs that would be great because closing at 9 can be a bit of a rush for thos that get to the storage at 7. But I love the space and friendly atmosphere

That was the beginning my stuff is still there till I find somewhere to move it to I’ve had my stuff in their storage for a year got insurance in the beginning but it was cancelled in May without my knowledge found that out in (Dec )then I found out they raise the prices every 3/6 months to keep up with the bigger storage companies whatever that means you’d get more business staying at a set price and people keeping their units I would think, rent went from 196 to 260 in a year very disappointed But::: the staff are still friendly n nice which ofcourse they are to get you to store your stuff there so they can price gouge you the policies are ridiculous I don’t see how anyone will be able to afford this place oh the solution was to put me in a smaller unit but which I was open to that suggestion until she said the price was subject to change in 3/6 months lol
