Suseyi Pro Moving Company

Very grateful to Ibrahim and his team for working with me to move a household and a baby grand piano. I was especially pleased with how careful they were with my piano - and the hardwood floors they were moving it onto. They were punctual, efficient, friendly, and conscientious.

The movers showed me what they’d broken by dropping the items dramatically piece by piece at my feet, Ibrahim verbally assured me their insurance would cover it and to just text him the pictures of replacement items, well I did that, I did that until I was blue in the face. I called then sent a letter to Sara in the office. Nothing. Nothing, no reply. This company was a complete joke, unprofessional beyond belief, and I simply cannot afford to use them again. So while others I know recommend them and say they have a ‘great experience’ I received the full ‘hey if you look like you’re disabled then we figure we can rip you off experience’. I do NOT recommend Suseyi to anyone at all, ever, I’d give them ZERO stars.

Sara, don’t even bother, your company had ample opportunity (opportunities!) to rectify this.

Hired them to move a stackable washer and dryer from one house and swap it with another washer at a different house. I had a less the desirable experience with another company in this area so I gave Suseyi a shot. Let me say, after seeing the level of care and caution they exhibited while moving I will be using Suseyi exclusively from now on. The amount of care and protection was very comforting. They did an amazing job maneuvering in a very tricky space. Not a single wall was dinged. Amazing!

This is the third time Suseyi has moved things from our house. From upright pianos to large, fragile China cupboards to oversized sleeper sofas -- they can and do move it all. Chris and Kelly, who moved all of our furniture today, were incredibly professional, prompt, courteous, and accommodating. I wouldn't hire anyone else.

I chose Suseyi Pro Moving Company when I moved from WA to OR. From the very first meeting with Sara, to working out all the details involved, to the delivery of my items & furniture, I was very happy and impressed with their professional diligence and the care they took in the packing & the delivery of my house hold items and furniture.
