Swan's Moving & Storage

Incredible! We used Swan's to move from WA to Kentucky because Washington is basically at the point of collapse. Eric was a mover that supervised everything. Eric is essentially family to us now. The man was incredible. Truly went above and beyond in every way to make sure we got everything we needed. So incredibly grateful to have had this experience. None of our items were damaged and nothing went missing. Truly grateful. Eric, you are an amazing man. Truly. God bless you all.

We were connected to Swan's Moving and Storage with our move via Allied Van Lines. Allied used an Origin agent in Southern California that did a terrible job of making an accurate manifest, damaging things in the process. To further complicate things, our things were transferred to Swan's Moving and Storage and then we found out that our move to Bellingham was going to be delayed. Aimee at Swan's was very helpful and responsive to our situation. 4 months later, Swan's arrived on the scheduled day and did a fantastic job. They worked hard and made sure that we were totally satisfied. Jay and Charlie are moving professionals. They even moved out a refrigerator that we had no need for. They had an antique dining table repaired and then delivered it to use at a later date. I can't speak more highly for all of the people at Swan's!

They lost many boxes and had much damage. Don't bother paying their insurance as they won't stand behind
of lost goods and damage.

They shipped our house in conjunction with Allied. Sean's blamed Allied and allied blamed swans. We were caught in the miy with about $4000 of damage and lost goods

I was extremely impressed with Swan's Moving & Storage. Brandon came out to my now former condominium the day that I had contacted the company in order to do a walk-through. He was also prompt in responding to additional questions that I had prior to the move itself. In addition, both of the packers and movers themselves, Andrew and Courtney, were competent, efficient, personal, and professional. Testimony to this, I have found nothing broken or damaged from the two-thousand-plus-mile move. Finally, Amy at their office was always prompt in getting back to me as well. For all of these reasons, I highly recommend this moving and storage company.
