Review:
The worst company ever do not waste your money. Use a different business that actually knows about business. I hired this company for my event on Sunday September the 1st. They never showed up. They took my deposit and then showed up 2 hours later and stated that if I wanted them to stay longer I would have to pay them. I am reporting them to the BBB. Hopefully they'll close soon

Review:
I made a reservation via thumbtack. They insist that their policy of sending one text message the evening before which if you miss, they will reschedule if necessary. Of course I had a very clear conversation with them how important it was to do this. Not having movers show up is a very difficult situation.
Be very wary. I fell for this group because of good reviews. But the fact that they actually insist one text messages enough for a confirmation is bizarre

Review:
SWOOP really came through for us. Wedding reception downtown, got us to and from first class all the way. Arnold was our driver,and I cannot say enough good things about him. He was great!

Review:
Swoop transportation was the best. Rented out a party bus for my daughters 12th bday. The Communication was on point. They are Very understanding. Party bus was clean and spacious. Reasonably priced! Highly recommend!
